GGP GROUP PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER: David de Montaigne . British, Founder of company with over 36 years in the energy and investment banking sectors. Former senior executive with Dow-Schlumberger in Mid East, North Africa, South America Europe. Bank Government advisor in project finance and due diligence. RE development wind, biomass, solar, geothermal in Philippines, Eastern Block, USA, Europe China.

GGPC PRESIDENT: Maribeth de Montaigne . Filipina, with 19 years experience in Community Development and Renewable Energy as well as coordinating Government and Major International Institutions working with her Husband David in Europe, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Cambodia, Vietnam, North America and the Philippines. Bunny is President of Global Green Power PLC Corporation and it's subsidiary Companies. Bunny also heads GGPC's Socio-economic and Poverty Alleviation program development and implementation working with our Host Communities, Local Government Units ("LGU"), National Government and Non-government organizations.

GGP GROUP CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER: Steve Waterfield . British, Kitson College of Engineering EET 1&2 Electrical Engineering, MET 1&2 Mechanical Engineering, Technological Diploma Mechanical Engineering with B.A. (Hons) International Business Studies at Leeds University and M.Sc Project Management and Consulting at Nottingham University. Steve has 35 years of professional experience in the development, construction, operation and maintenance of international power generation assets and over 20 years technical, commercial and operational management experience in South East Asia. Previously with the United Kingdom's Central Electricity Generating Board ("CEGB") for 12 years where his last assignment was Portfolio Optimization Manager. In 1992 he joined PowerGen International developing projects in India, Thailand, Australia, Korea and the Philippines and subsequently from 2002 until 2008 was International Business Manager - Asia Pacific for E.ON UK Technology. Finally, before joining Global Green Power PLC Steve was Regional Manager - South East Asia for E.ON AG (Climate Renewables) leading the E.ON carbon sourcing team with full responsibility for E.ON operations in Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. 

Steve leads the Global Green Power PLC Group Implementation team with full responsibility for the delivery of GGP projects to the highest Environmental, Performance, Operational and Safety standars that meet or surpass International Finance Corporation ("IFC") and World Bank global standards.

GGP GROUP DIRECTOR: Roddy Grant . British, Glasgow University BSc Hons. (First Class) Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Cambridge University MA Economics, ACA Diploma in Accounting Finance with professional courses at INSEAD, IMD, Harvard, Sundridge Park and Dunchurch. With 35 years of experience Roddy was Vice President of Bombardier Transportation where from 2006 to 2007 he restructured the 2,800 employee UKP 400 Million, UK services business and from 2003 to 2005 was Chief Executive Officer of Saudi Arabia based Al Rushaid Investment Company where he was tasked to expand acquisitions. In 2001 to 2003 Roddy was seconded as Chief Operating Officer AMEC Americas in Toronto by AMEC UK to integrate the recently acquired 8,000 employee, UKP 1.1 billion engineering, design and construction business with operations across America and Canada. From 1996 to 2000 Roddy was the Divisional Managing Director AMEC UK, responsible for Oil, Gas, Power, Process, Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Contracting and Construction with revenues of UKP 750 million and 8,000 employees. Roddy also gained significant experience working with GEC ALSTHOM from 1984 to 1996 as Managing Director of GEC ALSTHOM China Limited, Director of Business Development Gas Turbine Division UK, Managing Director of the Low Voltage Group UK and Manager of GEC Meters Energy Management Systems.

GGPC DIRECTOR: Grace Yeneza . Filipina. Over 27 years experience in corporate planning, policy formulation, project development, and program management, 20 years of which, was focused on the energy sector, particularly electrification and renewable energy. Ms. Yeneza is a Founding member and Managing Director of Preferred Energy Inc. (PEI), a Philippine NGO that initiates and supports sustainable development efforts and investments in renewable energy and other clean development projects in the country.

GGPC DIRECTOR: Alberto Dalusung III . Filipino. 28 years of extensive experience in the energy sector, from energy policy and planning to project execution, particularly, renewable energy projects. Former Director of Planning Services of the Department of Energy. He led in the country’s initiatives to develop indigenous geothermal and hydropower resources.

KEY PERSONEL

DIRECTOR OF PROJECT DEVELOPMENT: John Cesar B. Santos holds more than 20 years of significant experience in the energy/environment policy & planning fields, project management & development, communications & research, and events’ management. Highlights of his career were working for the UK-Department of Trade and Industry and the World Energy Council on the Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Energy Project, for the EC-ASEAN Cogen3 Programme, for USAID and Winrock International’s AMORE Program and for the Jakarta-based ASEAN-EC Energy Management Training & Research Centre (AEEMTRC), the predecessor of the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE).

Mr. Santos holds a Masters Degree on Energy and Environmental Economics from the Scuola Superiore Enrico Mattei in Milan, Italy. He successfully completed a Chevening Fellowship Award from the British Council and the UK Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) for a 3-month intensive training course on Energy Efficiency at the Institute of Energy and Sustainable Development of De Montfort University in Leicester, England.

GGPC SENIOR MANAGER - MINDANAO: Recto C. Doctor has almost 25 years in supervisory and managerial experiences. Decades of works in agro-indrustrial companies and rural development and project implementations of the Renewable Energy, Biofuel Crops Production, agriculture and forestry projects, Community Organizing and Institutional Development, Networking and Alliance-Building, Enterprise Development and Office Administration. He is in-charge in the execution of supply contracts with biomass suppliers in Bukidnon. He also assists in project development activities for Global Biomass PLC Corporation and other subsidiary companies of Global Green Power PLC Corporation.

GGPC MANAGER NORTHERN LUZON: Jane T. Afidchao is a 2008 Bachelor of Science in Forestry graduate of Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU) and one of the Commissions on Higher Education-Special Study Grant Program scholarship grantee. As a consistent dean’s lister, she was awarded the Academic Excellence Award and managed to be the Board First Placer in Philippine Forester’s Licensure Examination (FLE) on the same year. She has a significant trainings and experience on Geographic Information System (GIS) Mapping and Technical Researches. She currently handles all the GIS related activities of Global Green Power PLC Corporation and its subsidiaries and also provide technical assistance in project development activities.

GGPC MANAGER OF ENERGY DELIVERY SERVICES - VISAYAS: Ramon "Boy" Apura spent 31 years working with ILECO II Distribution Utility in Iloilo, recently retires from the position of General Manager where his duties included all aspects; technical, business and network management. As a General Manager, Mr. Apura exercise good judgment in providing the Board with current information on matters affecting the operations of the Cooperative. Advise the board on statistics of system operation that can be used as key factors to measure progress or assess trends in operations, and inform the Board how these key figures should be used to intelligently interpret the quality of management and the effect of developments beyond the control of cooperative.

GGPC SENIOR PROJECT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST: Leovigildo S. Carias has 17 significant years of professional experience in the energy sector: Planning, Renewable and Electric Industry units of the Philippines Department of Energy. A decade spent in the promotion and implementation of renewable energy activities to commercialize RE technologies throughout the Philippines prior to the enactment of Republic Act No. 9513, otherwise known as Renewable Energy Act of 2008. Likewise, he was involved in the implementation of Energy Regulations No. 1-94 benefits to host communities/regions.

GGPC SENIOR PROJECT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST: Rainelda P. Manduriao has 17 years of experience in the energy sector, involved in the licensing and regulation of the downstream oil industry prior to Republic Act No. 8479 (Deregulation Act of 1998) and the implementation of the rules and regulations RA 8479, she was involved in the implementation of Energy Regulations No. 1-94 which provides benefits to communities hosting energy resources and/or Generating Facilities. She graduated from the University of the Eash with a Bachelor of Laws degree. As Company’s Senior Project Development Specialist under the Project Development Section, she handles, among others, the preparation of Biomass Supply Contracts and assists in the preparation of feasibility studies.

GGPC I.T. MANAGER, SECURITY AND SOLUTIONS: Emmanuel M. Patricio holds more than 6 years experience in I.T. Industry on a multitude of projects with roles varying from system designer/developer to system administrator to project lead. He is technically proficient in development and maintenance of web-based/online computer applications and possesses the capability to customize an open-source technology to meet the company business needs. He is currently handling the maintenance and security of the company websites, online systems, databases and back-end administration.

SENIOR PROJECT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST: Erik Paul L. Escuterio handles the implementation of biomass supply, materials handling and logistics. He assists in project development activities for Global Biomass PLC Corporation and other subsidiary companies of Global Green Power PLC Corporation. He graduated from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a degree in Agri-Business Management.

BIOLOGIST - PROJECT DEVELOPMENT: Mark Gil Verzola holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of the Philippines-Cebu on a full Department of Science and Technology (DOST-SEI) scholarship. He has worked as an assistant researcher in a study for air pollution caused primarily by coal-fired power plant emissions in Cebu. Mark’s primary responsibilities include support on project development activities such as preparation of documents for permits and licensing and feasibility studies for Global Green Power PLC Corporation, biomass data collection and computation of available biomass residue, biomass testing and handles biomass fuel specifications, research and development of organic fertilizer from power plant ash for Global Biomass PLC Corporation.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST: Bernabe L. Sucaldito handles the development of biomass supply materials and execution of supply contracts with biomass suppliers ranging from rice farmers and millers to corn and sugar millers. He assists in project development activities for Global Biomass PLC Corporation and other subsidiary companies of Global Green Power PLC Corporation. He graduated from the Western Institute of Technology-Iloilo with the degree in Commerce major in Management Accounting.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST: Benjie S. Palisada is in charge for the expansion of biomass collection and executing the program support and coordination of the Biomass contracts from rice farmers and millers and sugar millers in particular. He assists in project development activities for Global Biomass Corporation and other subsidiary companies of Global Green Power. He’s a graduate of Internet and technology and Website Design at AMA Computer Learning Center.

ACCOUNTING: Crisaliz L. Seguiente has extensive exposure in Auditing and Accounting. She has been an Accountant for almost four (4) years and an Auditor for three (3) years. Her eventual transfer to private companies had exposed her in the many accounting processes of a company from bookkeeping, preparation of company’s financial statements to internal audit reports. Her work also enabled her to interact with management and clients, thereby, enhancing her confidence in managing difficult work tasks and processes.

ACCOUNTING (Green Power Panay): Mercedita A. Combatir spent 12 years of service with ILOILO II ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC. (ILECO II), Pototan, Iloilo, Philippines, an Electric Distribution Utility. She is responsible in the preparation and keeping of books of accounts as well as in the keeping of the updated records and correspondence. She exercises prudent management, processing and handling of fund of the Company-Green Power Panay Philippines Inc. (GPPPI). She graduated from the University of San Agustin, Iloilo City, Philippines, with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting.
