Former Director of Planning Services of the Department of Energy. He led in the country’s initiatives to develop indigenous geothermal and hydropower resources. As Chief Country Co-ordinator of the Philippines for the EC-ASEAN Co-generation Program (Phase I–III), he led in the identification, project development and financing of the La Suerte Rice Husk Cogeneration Project, the first commercial rice husk cogeneration project in the Philippines. Mr. Dalusung is also a Director and founding member of Preferred Energy Inc. and co-authored the Philippine CDM Guide. He was an original member of the CDM Gold Standard Advisory Board. He acts as Adviser to power distribution utilities and industrial customers on power generation, energy efficiency and CDM.
