Global Green Power PLC Corporation (GGPC) today signed an agreement with Price WaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) to formalize debt finance facilities and structures for projects post GGPC's Green Power Panay Philippines Inc 17.5 MW biomass power plant in Mina, Iloilo on the Island of Panay. GGPC is developing fourteen biomass power plants over twelve project sites throughout the Philippine Archipelago under the Philippines Renewable Energy Act of 2008. The plants will deliver 420 Megawatts of clean and renewable, decentralized base load power that provides extraordinary socio-economic development to the Nation. GGPC utilizes proven technology that is providing 750 MW of stable, base load biomass power throughout Europe and Asia today.
